Your ISD: Elementary Leader in MeWe empower students to lead their own learning through the Leader in Me framework. Based on Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, this whole-child approach helps students develop leadership, responsibility, goal setting, and problem-solving skills.

Through daily classroom routines, leadership roles, and schoolwide activities, students learn to recognize their unique strengths and take ownership of their choices. Leader in Me supports academic success while building confidence and character—equipping students to thrive in school and beyond.
